Bertrand DURRANDE, 55, is a graduate of ESSEC and IEP, Paris. He has built much of his career in the industrial sector first with the Péchiney group and then Alcatel Cable where he was director of the enameled wires activity, then general manager of the metallurgy division in Germany (Alkatel Kabel) and finally worldwide director of the metallurgy division. From 1988 to 2002, he continued his career with Metaleurop as Chairman of the Executive Board. He was then appointed administrator of Nexans and President of the Federation for Ore and Non-ferrous Metals. In June 2003, he was appointed Delegate Vice President of AREVA NP, in charge of the Equipment Sector. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of REpower Systems AG.

Guillaume DUREAU, 43, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and ENSEA. He also holds an advanced degree in economic analysis and policies. He began his career in 1988 as an economist at INSEE's economics department. He joined the budget department at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance in 1992 and in 1998, the General Inspectorate of Finance where he served as assistant to the department manager from December 2001. In September 2002, he was appointed strategy director of Framatome ANP (now AREVA NP), an AREVA and Siemens subsidiary. In 2004, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Strategy for the AREVA group.

François Xavier ROUXEL, 33, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and a senior engineer at the Corps des Mines. He began his career with a start up, Picogiga (1996-1997) before joining ST-Microelectronics in the US (1997-1998). From 1999 to 2002, he worked with the DRIRE in the PACA region as head of the Industrial Environment division. From 2002 to 2005, he worked at the Competition General Direction in the European Commission. In 2005, he was appointed assistant manager at the Cabinet of the Minister for Social Security, the Elderly, Disabled and the Family.
