Global settlement agreement between TVO and AREVA-Siemens enters into force

The global settlement agreement between AREVA SA-Siemens and TVO signed in early March has entered into force. It settles the arbitration procedure under the ICC rules in London and all prior disputes.

The AREVA SA-Siemens consortium can now focus all its resources and energy on the completion of the Olkiluoto 3 EPR in Finland.
