Treatment activity :

During this period, no spent fuel assemblies have been processed on the site.

During this week, the japanese trainees, accomodated on the Establishment on last 2 December*, formed with the various operations preliminary to the treatment of a new batch of spent fuels (rinsing, restarting of the facilities...).

*This is the fourth team part of the COGEMA-JNFL(Japan Nuclear Fuel Limited) cooperation program of assistance for the start up of the japanese spent fuel reprocessing plant in Rokkasho Mura.
