EADS SECA, an EADS Sogerma Group company specializing in engine maintenance services for regional and business aircraft, has chosen Euriware, an AREVA subisidiary to maintain its information system.
In order to ensure a maximum level of support to its customers located worldwide, EADS SECA supplies mobile response teams which provide on-site technical assistance. As a result, it is crucial for its teams to have 24/7 access to the information system to retrieve the necessary technical documentation and to record any incidents. Until the end of 2010, EADS SECA’s information system had been managed by an internal entity of EADS which is no longer in existence.
Following an call for bids, EADS SECA selected Euriware for its ability to manage critical systems in industry, its business approach and its long-term commitment. The contract includes hosting, user support, supervision, operation and administration of EADS SECA’s 40 servers, its networks and its 400 work stations. The service is provided by an on-site team and by the Facilities Maintenance Production Centre of Euriware.
