City of Helsinki is partner for fifth Finnish reactor

The municipal council of Helsinki, Finland, has decided to fund 10% of the country's fifth reactor, or a total of 310.4 million euros. Helsingin Energia, the municipal power company, will provide 39.7 million of that amount, and the remainder will come from the city's coffers.
