AREVA Solidarity 2012: actions in support of children with disabilities

The AREVA Solidarity Program 2012 includes 10 pedagogical and cultural projects among the 18 selected under the call for internal projects.

Three of them are aimed at children with disabilities, with a view to supporting them in their social lives. These projects, conducted in the United States and in France, are the following:

• Pedagogical activities for children with Down syndrome - Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte (Charlotte, USA)
• Theater workshops for children with autism – Academy of Children’s Theatre association (Richland, USA)
• Organization of weekends and holidays for children and young people with disabilities – A Bras Ouverts association (Grenoble, France).
