AREVA launches its first recruitment campaign targeting recent graduates in France: Boost your talent with a career in energy.
The campaign is designed to reinforce AREVA's image as an employer of choice in order to meet the present and future needs of the group.
Seven ads feature group employees in their industrial environment with short personal testimonials. The ads also reflect the diversity of people and professions in the group.
The media plan, launched in February 2006, includes print ads in specialized French newspapers and magazines, and banner ads on internet job boards.
Following France, the campaign can be adapted as and when necessary according to recruitment needs in regions such as North and South America, Germany and Asia.
The recruitment campaign is complementary to the initiatives created for French business schools and universities. It is also in harmony with the AREVA internal mobility campaign.
