On February 9, AREVA was certified as a Top Employer by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF), an institute that has been specializing in identifying and selecting Top Employers over the last 19 years. Every year, this award is given to 20 French companies that demonstrate excellence in human resources policies and practices. This certification confirms AREVA’s position as a reference employer, and recognizes the group’s commitment to employees through its talent management program.
To receive this distinction, shortlisted companies are subjected to an in-depth assessment by the CRF. The institute applies objective rating standards to identify the leaders in HR management, and measures the commitment of HR departments to employees and to managing talent.
