AREVA Corporate Foundation: the magic of real cinema for hospitalized children

In 2015, the AREVA Corporate Foundation began a new partnership with Les Toiles Enchantées association.  It finances 30 film screenings all over France for children who are ill or disabled. The concept: for hospitalized children to see a recent film that is showing in the movie theatres, often before it has been released to the public, in the presence of the film’s actors.

The Les Toiles Enchantées tour will be coming soon to Cherbourg, Nîmes, Paris and Chalon-sur-Saône, giving AREVA employees the opportunity to volunteer by helping to set up the screenings.

“When children can’t go to the movies, the movies come to them!” says actor Lambert Wilson, who sponsors the association.
