Denis Hugelmann is appointed Chief Operating Officer in charge of Operational Performance.
Dominique Mockly is appointed Senior Executive Vice President of the Back End Business Group (recycling, nuclear site value development, transport).

Biographical elements
Luc Oursel is a graduate of the Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Paris and holds the rank of senior engineer of Mines. He began his career with the Regional Department of Industry and Research for the Rhone-Alps region in 1984, where he headed up the "energy and mineral resources" division. In 1988, he joined the Ministry of Industry's Department of Natural Gas, Electricity and Coal, where he was in charge of the electricity department and subsequently deputy to the director of natural gas, electricity and coal.
In February 1991, he joined the cabinet of the French minister of Defense as technical advisor in charge of industrial affairs, armament programs and research. Luc Oursel joined the Schneider Electric group in 1993, first as CEO of SAE Gardy, and later as CEO of Schneider Shanghai Industrial Control. In 1998, he was named President & CEO of Schneider Electric Italia and became industrial director of Schneider Electric in 2001. In 2002, he joined the Sidel group as Executive Vice President of Sidel Solutions (sales, services, engineering). He became Vice President in charge of Geodis international subsidiaries end of 2004 and in 2006 was named CEO of the group.
On January 2nd, 2007, Luc Oursel became President and CEO of AREVA NP and a member of the Executive Committee and Nuclear Executive Committee of AREVA. On March 22nd, 2007, AREVA's Supervisory Board named him as a member of the Executive Board of AREVA. In 2009, he is appointed Executive Officer, in charge or nuclear operations. As such he oversees the execution of major projects, the group's industrial excellence and performance improvement plans. He also monitors the Engineering and Projects Organization. Luc Oursel is also a member of the Safran and Souriau Supervisory Boards and is Vice President of SFEN (Société Française de l'Energie Nucléaire).
Denis Hugelmann, a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris, began his career at CEA/Valduc in 1983. He joined the AREVA group in 1986 and held various production positions before being appointed Director of the UP2 plant in 1991. He was then appointed Technical Director of the La Hague plant before becoming the plant’s Deputy Director in 1996.
In 1998, he was appointed Director of MELOX, then Director of the Recycling Business Unit. From 2000 to 2006, he was appointed as manager of the Dunkerque plant in the Arcelor-Mittal group and he led the steel packaging activities of the same group. Since 2006, he has joined the AREVA group. In September 2008, Denis Hugelmann is appointed Senior Executive Vice President of the Back End (Recycling, Logistics and Valorisation Business Units). He is a member of the Nuclear Executive Committee of AREVA. As of January 2010, he becomes Senior Executive Vice President, Back End Business Group.
Dominique Mockly is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, of the national school of engineering for advanced techniques ENSTA and of the Executive MBA HEC. He started his career in 1985 at the French naval shipyard DCN in Lorient, becoming Chief of Staff in 1993. In 1995, he became Assistant Director of the Economy and Defense Division at French coordinating body on national defense and security matters SGDN, before being appointed Deputy to the National Armament Director at the French armament procurement agency, DGA.
He joined Sagem end of 1998, first as Manager of the Optronics Department, then as Director of the Optronics & Avionics business. Mr. Mockly joined the AREVA group in 2003. He became CEO of AREVA TA in 2005, and is an alternate member of AREVA’s Nuclear Executive Committee. In February 2009, Dominique Mockly is appointed AREVA Senior Executive Vice President, International Development. He also supervises AREVA Solutions. He is a member of the AREVA Executive Committee and of the Nuclear Executive Committee. He becomes Senior Executive Vice President, International & Marketing, in January 201.
