Robert Pistre, started out his career in 1964 in the French civil service as an advisor to the Préfêt of the Midi-Pyrénées region, before joining the Ministry of Industrial Development. From 1978 to 1989, he served as head of the Service du Conseil Général des Mines (CGM), simultaneously with his job as assistant director of the Ecole Supérieure des Mines. He joined Saint Gobain in 1989, serving first as chief operating officer in charge of Human Resources, then as advisor to the president from 1998 to 2002. In January 2005, he took over as AREVA’s management development director. Mr. Pistre is a graduate of the French grand école for engineers and member of France's elite engineering Corps des Mines.

Arnaud de Bourayne, is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité. He has spent his whole career in the nuclear power business – most with AREVA group. Much of it was focused on the front-end business, and he was for a time running the mining business in North America. He was also president of Eurodif on the enrichment side of the business. Prior to moving in 2008 to head up the new commercial entity, Arnaud was President of AREVA China and very much involved in the Taishan project through to contract signing.

Armand Laferrere, is a graduate of ENA and the Ecole Normale Supérieure ULM Lettres. He began his career at the Court of Auditors in Paris in 1995 as an auditor with the 7th chamber. He then became Senior Auditor at the National Audit Office in London before returning to the French Court of Auditors in 1998 as a Public Auditor with the 5th chamber. In 1999, he joined the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance as Assistant Manager for internal affairs and local authorities. In 2001, he was appointed Manager for National Education, Youth and Sports.

In 2002, he joined the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Liberties as Advisor to the Minister in charge of the budget and administrative reforms. He joined the AREVA group in 2004 as head of Strategy and Audit at AREVA NP and as Deputy Vice President, Strategy for the AREVA group. In 2006, he became President of AREVA Canada Inc, Toronto and then AREVA Russia in 2009.

Coralie Bouscasse, a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar Association, Coralie Bouscasse started her career in 1984 as Assistant Director of International Relations at French institute for scientific research CNRS. In 1989, she joined the Thales group as head of the legal department of the Engineering subsidiary. From 1992 to mid-2004, she held posts at the Thales group level, first in litigations and then in Mergers and Acquisitions, before becoming General Counsel and Compliance Officer, first for the group’s Air Systems division, then in December 2007 for the Land & Joint division. Ms. Bouscasse holds a postgraduate DESS degree in Common Market Law and a postgraduate DEA degree in Law of International Organizations and International Economic Relations.
