Pascal AUBRET began his career some 20 years ago in the automotive industry with Magneti Marelli (Fiat group) where he held different functions and was appointed Director of one of the production plants in 1998. In 2001, he joined PSA subsidiary Faurecia as Director of Continuous Improvement. He joined the AREVA group in 2004 to head up an Industrial Performance mission at the La Hague plant, before becoming Director of Maintenance there in 2006. In 2008, he moved over to MELOX where he held the position of Operations Director. In 2009, he was appointed Director of the MELOX site.
Olivier ARNAUD began his career 25 years ago in the chemicals industry, with the ARKEMA group. He held technical management positions in various production units and different production management positions, before being appointed Head of the Pierre Bénite Operational Unit in 2003. He joined AREVA in 2008 as Director of the AREVA NC Pierrelatte Establishment where, he managed in particular the supervision of dismantling operations on the former military facilities at the site, in connection with the CEA. In 2012, he was appointed Deputy Director of the AREVA Tricastin industrial platform, with responsibility for the Support functions, the Dismantling department, physical protection, investments, purchases and industrial performance missions at the site.
Arnaud BELLANGER began his career at COGEMA (now AREVA NC) in 1993 as an international sales engineer in the back end business. In 1996, he moved to La Hague to take management control responsibilities and later head up the production procurement and inventory management department. Back to Paris in 2000, he has occupied several positions, initially as Key Commodity Manager then Deputy Purchasing Manager at COGEMA. Since 2005, he was managing AREVA Non Production Purchasing Department.
Dominique GUILLOTEAU began his career in 1982 in the aerospace industry working as a design engineer for Dassault Aviation. He joined the AREVA La Hague site in 1987. Between 1987 and 1998, he held various positions in the field of maintenance and new build projects within the Technical Department. From 1998 to 2003, he was in charge of the shearing process areas in the UP2 800 and UP3 facilities, and of monitoring of the UP2 400 facilities. He was appointed Deputy Industrial Director of the plant in 2003 and Industrial Director in 2005, responsible for the production programs of the industrial platform. In 2010, he was appointed Director of the Marcoule site conducting the cleanup and dismantling work on the UP1 facility on behalf of CEA. He was also appointed Director of the Cycle Business Line for the Dismantling & Decommissioning BU, in charge of cleanup & dismantling business development with external customers in France and abroad.
Jean-Marc LIGNEY began his career in the AREVA group 30 years ago, at La Hague plant. He held various positions in operational safety and industrial methods before being appointed Head of testing and startup of storage facilities and then of the vitrification facility at the UP3 plant in 1990. In 1997, he continued his career in the group's Back End activities by taking on responsibility for start-up of the pellet fabrication process at the MELOX recycling plant, before being appointed Director of Production in 2000. In 2004, he moved to the AREVA Tricastin industrial platform where he took responsibility for the operation of the Pierrelatte conversion plant. In 2008, he was appointed Director of the AREVA Malvési conversion plant (Narbonne), with particular responsibility for production programs, performance actions, management of the program to secure the lagoon area and the COMURHEX II project.
Morello SPERANDIO joined in 1978 Novatome Company where he managed the structural analysis service working on fast neutron reactors. In 1987, within Framatome, he managed the "thermal design" department. As an AREVA expert, he animates different networks. In 2006, he is appointed to lead the Mechanics Equipment Department within E&P in Lyon. He is currently General Secretary of AFCEN.
