Appointment within the AREVA group

Karim VISSANDJEE is a graduate of HEC Montreal, Canada. He began his career in 1985 within the Olivetti group as management controller and later became CFO of Olivetti Office France.

He joined Valeo in 1992, where he held a number of key positions in the group's Financial Department, particularly in the North American Thermal Systems Division and as a CFO of the Clutch Business Group.

He became CFO of Valeo’s Lighting and Signaling Business Group in 1998 and was a member of the executive committee. In 2002, he became the group controller of the LVMH group.

He was COO Finance of Vedior France group before joining the AREVA group as CFO of AREVA T&D in September 2004. Mr. Vissandjee has served as Chief Executive Officer of AREVA T&D since March 5, 2010 on top of his CFO position.
