Group staff, sponsors young people from underprivileged backgrounds. The objective: to guide them in their professional future.

Mentoring: a philosophy

Mentoring a young person involves listening, giving advice, providing them some insight into the world of business, to give them confidence, and thus to help them start their professional life.

Each staff member in the group can bring his or her own personal touch to this project, providing guidance to young people from childhood until they enter the workforce, or during the construction phase of a project, in searching for a job.

AREVA staff who provide this sort of mentoring are using their particular skills within a volunteer context.
