The Ronald McDonald House association offers a solution to families in need of temporary housing close to where their children are hospitalized.

The Ronald McDonald House in Charlotte, North Carolina is one of 300 housing facilities opened by the association all over the world. It offers a friendly environment and a comfortable and supportive place for families to stay while their children are in the hospital.

Supported by several American employees of AREVA based in Charlotte, who volunteer their help to the association, AREVA Foundation chose to make this initiative part of the internal AREVA Solidarity 2012 program.  Thanks to the Foundation’s contribution, some twenty families with children will stay at Ronald McDonald House for several nights this year.
